By accessing or using Lucky Lines (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Lucky Lines provides daily fantasy sports (DFS) lineup optimization tools, player projection models, expected value (EV) analysis, closing line value (CLV) tracking, and related analytical features. The Service is designed as a decision-support tool and does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those related to DFS and sports betting.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier

The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. We may modify the features available in the Free plan at any time.

Pro Tier

The Pro plan is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. No Financial Advice

The projections, analytics, expected value calculations, and other data provided through the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to engage in any particular DFS contest or sports wager. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its underlying algorithms
Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without authorization
Share, resell, or redistribute our projections or analysis commercially
Interfere with the Service's security or proper functioning
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, projections, models, design, and code that comprise the Service are the exclusive property of Lucky Lines and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKY LINES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Lines, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
